EP 04: Tactics vs. Mindset Investing in Your Business

Welcome back business owners and thank you for joining us on the next episode of The School For Small Business Podcast!

In my 15 years of experience in working with entrepreneurs, I’ve been able to see the ins, the outs and the behind the scenes of running a business. There is so much out there in terms of what to invest in, so in this episode I thought I would break down both sides of mindset and tactic investments:

• 3:40 - Mindset investments surrounding mental, money and leadership.
• 11:40 - Tactic investments and your approach in becoming an expert in certain areas.
• 16:20 - Where I prefer to invest and what I would focus on.

It really is all about asking yourself the right questions, looking at your biggest challenges and taking a look at the skill sets you want to develop as a business owner!
