Before working with Staci, I just felt so overwhelmed with all of the things I thought I had to do. It would make my mind spin - so I would just stop. She helped me pick through all of the challenges I felt I was facing - and helped me to simplify everything and focus on what was really important. Helped me prioritize my “to do” list and also helped me to feel a little more validated in that I’m not 10/10 screwing it up. She's so easy to work with! I felt comfortable enough to admit what I thought were my failures - and she supported me through realizing that they’re not. I didn’t feel like she was just sugar coating anything either. My biggest takeaway is that I need to give myself some grace and that I don’t need to make it so complicated for myself. I am who I am, and my brain works the way it works - I need a plan that adjusts to me - find solutions that work for me. My other big takeaway was how much I was devaluing myself and my services. When you broke a service down into the parts - but added a time and dollar amount to it - that was huge for me. My time is valuable. My service is worth it. And I’m doing a good job. I need to respect my own time and skills.
